Eero is not connected to the Internet during installation
If you are having trouble setting up the Eero, the first step is to make sure that Bluetooth is enabled during the setup process. This will allow eero to join a network that you already own and complete the registration process. If Bluetooth is not enabled, you can manually enable the Bluetooth connection of the router and stop the setup by entering the serial number at the bottom of the eero.
If the eero is connected to the parent device or modem, disconnect it from the device and reconnect it. The reconnection should take about 2 minutes. If after that it still can not connect to the Internet, then you can reset the modem. To perform a hard reset, press and hold the reset button on the modem for 15 seconds. After the reboot, you should see Blu-ray on the eero. If this does not solve the problem, then you need to contact your ISP.
If the problem persists, you can try to fix the problems with the wireless connection. The best way to do this is to check your internet connection and check if it is connected to the correct router. This can be achieved by disconnecting the Eero from the power supply and plugging it back in. If it still does not work, you can contact your ISP and ask him to check the settings.
